clean - comfortable hotel. Great location for exploring nearby cities. Loved the free mineral water in the minibar. Breakfast had warm dishes - not just the usual bread and cold cuts. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even provided baby amenities. Parking was free and easy.

We really appreciated the way we were welcomed and served at breakfast. Just perfect. Much appreciated as well was the check-in, a swift service to arrange a change in the room. Service in English. The free, large parking space behind the hotel is a nice plus.

The restaurant with fireplace offers creative, fresh dishes from Mondays to Saturdays. I felt like a foodie adventurer trying out their delightful culinary masterpieces.

Missing towels and room mix-up.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was lovely and clean, the selection of food for breakfast included cooked sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon and if you wanted a fried egg they would do this for you and also the usual cold meats and cereals. The hot food was a lovely surprise as we were only expecting a continental type breakfast. There was a great outside terrace which we were able to eat breakfast as well. Situated very close to the centre of town were there were many restaurants to chose from.

Rooms very good and breakfast very good. We only stayed one night because we were travelling.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They even provided amenities for our child, which was a thoughtful touch. The view of the courtyard from our room was so relaxing, and we enjoyed having several warm dish options for breakfast. Parking was effortless and free, and we found plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Good shuttle service to the SAP headquarters; staff is very friendly and smiling

No airconditioning - room windows were open all the time and bugs came in from the field. I got lots of bites, which was pretty discomforting! First floor rooms are also quite noisy from the ground-floor restaurant and open garden. For this class of hotel I wouldn't expect such issues, as well as internet shouldn't be that expensive.Room cleanliness was not perfect either.

Clean rooms - excellent location near restaurants and bars. The hotel provided amenities for kids and even had special cutlery for them at breakfast. The staff was attentive and provided baby shampoo for our child. Free parking and a relaxing courtyard view from our room. The breakfast had a diverse selection - including warm dishes.

Located in a convenient area with several restaurants and shopping options nearby, this hotel had remarkable customer service and exceptional cleanliness. the modern rooms feature comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet and excellent dinners. the hotel provided guests with bike rentals to explore the quiet and charming town of Walldorf.

Wi-fi was reportedly mediocre in this hotel, with some guests having trouble connecting.

The hotel had good amenities like sauna and it was located in a quiet area. It was also conveniently located near a downtown area with many dining options.

Service was lacking as they didn't provide enough towels for our room and put our group on different floors. Also, there was a mistake with our room being marked as free and the nightguard opening our door in the middle of the night. This hotel needs to improve their service and attention to detail.
